This is sadly not the first time we've purchased a large, expensive tree from Balsam Hill but it will definitely be the last. The pictures portray these trees to be beautiful but the two we've purchased look nothing like the images. They're not full, even after extensive fluffing and adjustments, and there are numerous holes where you can't manipulate branches in place. It just looks sick and cheap. Twice fooled, we will never purchase from Balsam Hill again.

I expected. A tree that was 5'5" and it is not. There is one branch that is about 5'5" and then the rest of it is about 5'2" so the tree is much shorter. The kids were asking me to put up our old one. Also not as full as I expected from a balsam hill. I would have ordered the 6'5" if I knew.

I love my tree! It is perfect! I would have given it 5 stars but it arrived a tad damaged. I could not get the top to connect to the bottom and finally figured out it was bent. A wrench fixed the problem and the tree is now absolutely perfect!

The lights are gorgeous. But the tree isn't nearly as full as is shown in the picture. I am disappointed.
