Really pleased with our tree. What really stood out was how it was all packaged, can tell it was a quality product with all the ribbons holding it all together in the box.

Instructions were really clear, we couldn't have went wrong at all, especially with the tags on each part of the assembly.

Really liked all the customer phone numbers on the box to call them on if there were any issues , got a good feel when I saw this.

After easy installation it looked brilliant. Perfect size and looks great in our bay window in the living room. We purchase a basket to go round the base with our old tree but it was too small. Fortunately we kept it and it fits our new tree.

Yes, they are more than average in cost but it's worth it. We've had our old tree for 16 years so I worked it out for the price per year and it wasn't much, considered it an investment!

Lastly, there wasn't one need that came off during assembly so I'm fully expecting this one to last me till retirement :)

I bought the unlit version of this tree at a discounted price. In comparison with other trees in that price range I feel it was good value for money.
The shade of green is lovely and deep true to the photos. It's probably slightly less full looking than the website photo, but certainly doesn't look sparse.
The tree seems well made and is very easy to assemble and sturdy once up.
If I chose again, I'd probably have spent slightly more on a tree with more detail in the needles, but nonetheless I'm really pleased with my purchase.

It's a lovely looking tree, but when we assembled it on year 4, after a couple of hours the lights stopped working. I contacted Balsam Hill and they said that the adapter had failed and I needed a replacement. One was sent then they realised that it was the wrong one and that the adapter for my tree was obsolete - they had no replacements. I was advised to try a hardware store. I did: online, and at a number of stores. No one can help, because it is a unique adapter.

The tree is obsolete. Just over a week from Christmas, after 5 days spent trying to source a replacement adapter, I can now either buy a new tree and lights, or as Balsam Hill recommended, that I just remove the lights and add string lights, which defeats the purpose of a pre-lit, easily erected tree.

Just beware that this is what lies ahead in just a few years.

Have wanted a Balsam Hill tree for a few years and finally purchased this year , as I have had my previous tree for a long time and needed a new one . Very pleased with the tree , well made and easy to put up , plus you receive gloves and storage bag which I think is such a good idea . The only thing is I really wish I'd purchased the 7ft tree instead of the 6th one . Did speak to customer services but in order for me to change I had to return it back via ups and then when it arrived back at Balsam Hill , i would get refund and then could buy bigger tree.
Couldn't wait so left it . Wish there as an easier option , but it was my mistake in ordering wrong size ! Waited such a long time to buy this tree so that was a disappointment.
Thought customer services could have been more helpful though .
